If you have an order from an outside physician and have an appointment with our physicians, you may bring the order to your appointment. We are closed for major holidays. We are occasionally closed for staff training and meetings as well. In the event of inclement weather we may open late or close early. We will make every attempt to inform you of the closing if your appointment is effected. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash, checks and debit cards. Insurance We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare and most Medicare Advantage plans. However, we recommend that you call your insurance carrier in advance to verify that we are a participating provider with your plan. Current insurance cards must be presented at every visit. Back to Top Hospital Affiliation Our office is an independent physician-owned facility. We have community affiliations with UPMC Carlisle, Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital, UPMC West Shore, UPMC Harrisburg,  and UPMC Community Osteopathic. Our physicians do not provide hospital care. We generally refer patients who need hospitalization to the Hospitalist Services at Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital and UPMC Pinnacle Health Hospitals, and other hospitals as desired or needed. After hospitalization, follow-up care is coordinated with our office. Back to Top
