You can now schedule an appointment for your vaccine. Call 717-582-2090   Office Entrance Policy Our restrictive entrance policy remains in effect. Only patients with a scheduled appointment will be admitted to the office.  But we now have a doorbell! When you arrive for your office appointment. Come to the front door and ring the doorbell. Someone will buzz you in for your appointment. You may have a seat in the waiting room and a nurse will come and get you for your appointment when a room is ready.   If you have a respiratory illness, please wear a mask. You may choose to wait in your vehicle if you wish. Call to inform the staff of your arrival.  Pharmaceutical Representatives will be admitted by appointment only. Availability of appointments is solely at our discretion.   Masking Policy General masking is not required. Persons with symptoms of respiratory illness  (cough, fever, sore throat, runny nose)  will be asked to mask for your office visit. Policy is subject to change     Lab Policy   Effective immediately, we will only draw labs which are ordered by our physicians. If you have an order from an outside physician and have an appointment with our physicians, you may bring the order to your appointment. We are closed for major holidays. We are occasionally closed for staff training and meetings as well. In the event of inclement weather we may open late or close early. We will make every attempt to inform you of the closing if your appointment is effected. Please call for an appointment Back to Top Insurances Accepted Billing Unless other arrangements are made in advance, all co-payments, co-insurance, and deductible amounts are due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash, checks and debit cards. Insurance We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare and most Medicare Advantage plans. However, we recommend that you call your insurance carrier in advance to verify that we are a participating provider with your plan. Current insurance cards must be presented at every visit. Back to Top Hospital Affiliation Our office is an independent physician-owned facility. We have community affiliations with UPMC Carlisle, Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital, UPMC West Shore, UPMC Harrisburg,  and UPMC Community Osteopathic. Our physicians do not provide hospital care. We generally refer patients who need hospitalization to the Hospitalist Services at Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital and UPMC Pinnacle Health Hospitals, and other hospitals as desired or needed. After hospitalization, follow-up care is coordinated with our office. Back to Top
